I have been to numerous Japaneese steak houses all over the US as well as Canada and Europe. This one was a big disappointment. The filet mignon was very poor quality and the chef cooked the meal so fast most of the food was under cooked. The 'show' consisted of one trick. He also misjudged portions so I received less than 1/2 the vegetables my wife did. We were not able to select the sushi we wanted, only a predetermined sushi platter is available. Seating is available only at specific times.
