I run into people all over that can't stop talking about this restaurant. Shiro is a brave chef with a wide open kitchen. We get there early, love sitting a the counter and watching the handmade action. I arrive craving the mousse ravioli and wait with anticipation for each not so small dish to be served and tempted to sample every item on the menu. I make new discoveries each time I dine here and I am greatly impressed with the unusual combination of flavors. It's remarkably inexpensive.
