The outside of the house looks great. Designer was unprofessional, did not follow the requests we made, and was slow. He told us it would be a three week process from start to finish and we are currently going on week six, due to his lack of communication and ability to complete work on time within the time schedules he made. We have only made changes once, mostly because of his inability to listen; this should take six weeks. Look for a different Architech, you can definately find one more professional and more reasonably priced than Nyhof!
