I eat here, a lot. Mostly during lunch. The food is excellent and expensive, but the lines are horrific. There is a line for soup, a line for sandwiches, a line for salads, then a final line to pay, and ussully one employee to service each line. They could easily design a better flow to the purchase of food. I have had the manager there comp my meal because he knows I am a regular and observed me wait in line an unusually long period of time a few months ago.
It always feel like they were surprised that people showed up for lunch!
Pros: Great Sandwiches, Unique food items, Big Salads
Cons: Expensive, Multiple lines, Confusing layout
