Had nothing but problems the entire 9 mos of stay. Apartment that I was orignally to move into wasn't ready. This was a day before my move. Given another apartment at last minute. Come to find out, had major plumbing problems. Water coming from the light fixture in bathroom. Soaked carpets from water leakage coming from up stairs apt. Air conditioner still has a leak. Manager of apartments isn't customer service oriented. Had to go to District manager and above in order to get a response. Had to call Garland Code Compliance. Requested a transfer to another apartment and denied. This is to mention a few problems. All in all, if you have problems even if you're swimming in water and an on time rent payer, don't call the manager or the staff because they will be annoyed. I wouldn't recommend Lakeway Properties-Simpson Properties. Move in at your own risk.
