My friends have raved about this place for years. I happened to be in the area during lunch hours on a Saturday. I had Carne Asada (steak) tacos. At $2-$3 each they were an incredible deal, loaded with freshly grilled steak.
Later that evening, I had such a craving, I went back. I had a machaca (shredded beef) taco. Stuffed with meat like the carne asada, but spicier and fantastic. I also tried an asada burrito. Unlike most places that skimp on meat, here, you may feel like there's TOO much. It was huge and for about $5-$6, you can't go wrong.
I tried my friends enchiladas and chile relleno. Awesome, too.
One con: it is difficult to find parking and when busy (which is usually) it can take 10-20 minutes to get your food. To go orders are great, call ahead and save your entire wait in line.
Pros: Amazing value, great variety, prepared to order
Cons: Crowded, Parking
