A is for Arthur and B is for Barbara -- a husband and wife team who have been in business together for over 15 years. Barbara handles the business end, and has always dealt fairly and respectuflly with me. She has not only done the renovation work on my house, but advised me on the work of other contractors, such as AC contractors. Communication was good, and this is an important issue because I am deaf, and I have been kept informed of all aspects of the renovation as issues have occurred.
