The day of my facial, I called about having an extension that included my neck and chest. The receptionist, helpful, said to come in 15 early, I did. (I live 45 min. away)
I waited 25 minutes before I was called for my treatment. Mulitple administratives passied by, not one stopped to check on me. Once in the room, the tech spoke with me about the treatment,which was good, but 15 minutes was too long. She didn't tell me to get ready but just left me in the room for 10 minutes, came back, grabbed something off the counter, and left me again for another 10 minutes. I went to the front, told them my treatment was supposed to be completed by this time, and that I needed to leave. They said to just call when I wanted to re-schedule. No apology and no explaination. Very unprofessional.
