When I arrived I stood at the front desk while the receptionist took overly long to complete her personal call. I didn't need to know what she & her friends were planning that night. I then had to wait nearly 25 minutes since the stylists was running late. Then you get the big push to buy expensive products. Upon looking around I noticed that the patrons were all dressed to the nines. Yes I left with a nice haircut, but I've never been back since. PROS: CONS: Over priced more
