Fast response, very professional. We called in the morning and someone called back within less than 2 hours, I was amazed. We had a virus and a very slow PC ( I was about to throw it out the window). My PC is running faster and free of viruses.Very courteous staff that explain's everything in a way that you can undestand without using alot of computer jargon.
