I reserved a jacuzzi suite on V-day for my boyfriend and I. They completely messed up our reservations and when we arrived told us there wasn't anymore jacuzzie suites available. Whey even bother reserving one???
They gave us another room that was small and still cost $100+. For the prices they have you'd think there would be a better continental breakfast than stale donuts, but there wasn't. I won't be staying here again.
