Its an excellent place if you're looking to get something that just came out (Video gGames or Gaming Consoles) or pre-order something on its way. Other than that, the customer service is horrible, the people are rude, and the trade Value for your games brought in to them is absolutly a joke. I don't reccomend trading any Cideo Games into a place like this, unless of course you like being ripped off.
PROS: New stuff when it comes out. Pre-ordering.
CONS: Horribly rude customer service and horrible Trade Values.
