I called to get an appt. and went through TONS of hassle to even speak to someone. They transferred me probably 5 different times and I was on hold for nearly 1/2 an hour. Then when someone did answer they were rude. I actually made an appointment being that this was the only ortho open on Saturdays and asked where the location was and for directions. The answer she gave me was "I have no idea, I can give you their phone number and you can call them to find out"..OMG....how do they not know? So I call the actual center and they tell me the physical address. I ask for directions mentioning I just moved here and she repeats the city and physical address again. I told her nevermind I'd use the internet to find out. UGH!!!!!!!!!! We'll see what it's like when I get there. The employees were useless.
