Most of Hobby Lobby's items are slightly cheaper than at other similar stores (i.e. Michaels) but when they have good sales (which is fairly frequently) they are MUCH cheaper.
The store is neat, orderly, and clean - I have only seen the floors dirty, and that was when someone was sweeping everything away.
The cashiers, two in particular, and one of the managers, are really friendly and seem to really care about the customer.
