I called (the vacaville store) to see if they had a service truck that could come and jump my car, since we had purchased their roadside package, they said that they have never had a service truck before. So a few months later I was driving around town and saw a les schawb service truck, so I called and inquired, thye said they had always had one!!! I asked to speak to the manager who was a total a$$! Telling me that no one would have answered the phone and said that and that he's been the manager for years and knows no one would say that!! Most awful service I have ever recieved! Next time I'll just call a tow company and won't purchase the extra plan!
