My son has had a few different speech therapists and a few occupational therapists (due to therapist vacations) and we have always been pleased. My son is young (kindergartner) so he's not aware it's "therapy", they always make it fun for him. They always come out after the session and explain what they worked on and how you can help reinforce the work at home. The office staff is friendly, but they don't take insurance. Some PPOs (mine did) will pay, but you have to pay first, submit claim later. It can be expensive to do that, though ALLS is not any more expensive than other providers.
