this office is one of 3 that my son in law contacted in an emergency, they told him if he could wait 4 days they could help him..Obviously in an emergency he couldn't..The receptionist was very rude, but then apologized she was having a bad day, and altho i don't believe that she should have been rude, i still think this place is ok..Its on the outside of the mall across from sears next to warren jewelers
