I got my last cell phone and service plan from this Sprints store. The option of plans are very good and I found one that just right for me. The guy who sold me the phone was very professional and took his time to explained everything to me. He even gave me a second battery for the phone with no charge. Every month when I get my statment, the bill is itemized clearly and there weren't any hidden fee. Overall I have a great experience dealing with Sprint PCS and would recommend everyone to try out their service.
