We've been going to Andiamo since it originally opened, and noticed a steady decline in service, but thought we'd give it one more try to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday. What a mistake. The staff was less than motivated. Only five of the six of us received our dinner orders - they forgot to make one. The ingredients didn't match what was listed on the menu, but when we pointed it out, the waitress was indignant. We had to clear our own salad plates by putting them on the vacant tables around us. When the bill arrived, it was wrong. We had to go into the kitchen to find the waitress to tell her. She fixed the check and assessed an automatic 18% gratuity. We'll never go back and we'll never recommend it again.
