My daughter and I flew in to Portland to check out gowns available at Divine Designs. The owner was rude, haughty and completely uncaring about our desires. There was nothing positive about their customer service at all. We left and went to Nordstrom where we were treated with respect. I have shopped at beautiful shops throughout the world and travel to Portland often to shop but have never been treated the way I was treated at Diving Designs. If you value your bridal experience and want it to be a joyful one, steer clear of this shop! We pay extra for what we want but the experience can be ruined by rudeness.
