You may never see that cart or dish again. If desserts come early, grab it when it is offered. You will be a happier person for it.
It's very easy to run up a big bill here, but you can always get a plate of kai lan or fish for the table and add a few dishes to it. Of course, then it makes it hard to choose just what dishes to add.
