I'm movin to hawaii so I have to leave the place. It is a safe area with great views. I lived on the 11th and could see hollywood. There are several restaraunts cafes, bars and shoping nearby. Also everyone I met there is friendly and occasionally theres a pool party or somethin.
Pros: great view, EVERYTHING's nearby
Cons: elevators at times, parking at times
