Being from chicago I prefer Vienna hot dogs. They have a snap to the casing when you bite into each time. Lukes dogs are just outstanding. The colored relish, peppers and tomatoes realy make it Chicago dog but the best touch is the poppy seed buns! One criticism, I never had crinkle cut fries on a dog in Chicago. They should use the striaght ones that get soft when they're rolled in with the dog in the papaer so you can grab a handfull and stuff 'em in your mouth while you try to pick up the overstuffed dog.
