I'm not Persian but love the way they prepare chicken, lamb and beef. Char Fasl, or Four Seasons, serves some of the tastiest and most tender koobidehs, kebabs, and bargs I've ever had. I recommend the Soltani, which is a combination of charbroiled tenderloin beef and a strip of seasoned ground beef. Their yogurt with cucumber appetizer, lubia polo and chicken koobideh are also very tasty. The restaurant has recently expanded next door but the service is still slow. Highly recommended if you're near Agoura Hills.
