October of 2004. We loved the view; rest was terrible. It took over 45 minutes to get out appetizers only to find the whole thing was cold. Even the stuffed mushrooms were cold. We all ordered the prime rib. Actually had to ask the waitress for our food after waiting for an hour. When it came out the foood had obviously been just sitting there. My fathers 16 oz prime rib was noticably smaller than my 10oz. After complaining to manager, he told us that ""in the finer restaurants, people should expect to savour and wait for their meal."" We told them that any restaurants when the meal did arrive, people should expect their food to be warm & what you ordered. I refuse to go back to a restaurant that cannot provide service and food even on par with that of a Chili's.
