Came out quickly after the call. Did not offer to repair toilet (a seal on an older toilet) but would replace entire toilet for $500+. (!!!) Tried to sell us a service contract for plumbing, heating and air conditioning, too. Charged $64 just to show up. (I agreed to that charge.) This fee does not go toward a repair or replacement. Husband felt the toilet could be repaired but that they'd rather sell us a new one. With tax, we spent $67 for NOTHING.

Cons: Customer-unfriendly, No refund or pro-rate, Could not repair
