V1: Not highly unusual - lack of explanation regarding charges incurred. V2: My glasses took 4-5 days longer to arrive. I was tended to by an optician impatient w/ my questions. Dr. was on vacation, unbeknownst to me, so an extra appt was made. V3: Most unpleasant. Arrived on time & no staff checked me in. While not typically alarming, it came back to haunt me... I was repeatedly told to wait ""just a few min."" for the next 50 min. (during my lunch hr)! After awhile, I asked if I should resched. for a time when Dr. could see me. Responding defensively, she (recept.) explained of an unexpected delay w/ another patient who had an appt during mine & according to their clock when I checked in, I arrived late! Regardless, I finally saw the doctor. If you're a VSP patient, I would only recommend this office for convenience.
