Beware that the salespeople will neglect to tell you that all sales are final all the while recommending you purchase accessories you weren't planning to buy. When calling the store to return a tiara I didn't use I was told of the no return policy for the first time and the store manager was unwilling to listen when I explained that not one salesperson had explained this policy. The customer service at David's is very poor, my ""consultant"" being gone often and no one knowing how to direct me if I called with a question. A disappointing experience.
