I recently had to rent a car for a couple of days from Hertz. Due to a last minute change in plans by some people, I needed a bigger car than I originally reserved, but didn't have time to call ahead and change the reservation. They upgraded me to a roomy SUV with no extra charge when I went in and explained the situation. I will definitely rent with them again.
