Over and over we brought in our Ford Windstar Minivan complaining about the awful grinding noise it made when starting up the air conditioner. Since it was still under warrantee at the time, they looked at it and said it was "normal". Baloney! We took it to another Ford dealership in New London and they did something that fixed it. I will never bring vehicles to Plaza Ford for repair again.
