My soon to be husbdan went to H & R block in the tax season 2004. He paid for the Peace of mind thing that H & R Block offers in case the get your taxes wrong and you get audited. Well low and behold he got audited, now he's fighting with H&R Block to pay the fees that they said they would if he indeed got audited (it was proven their fault of this audit). So, if you go through them .. please reconsidered buying the peace of mind program they offer, b/c u don't have a winning chance.
