We have been with US Cellular for 4 years and we've never had a problem. They have always been accommodating when changing plans and switching phones. They also have an onsite repairman. The staff is very helpful and explains everything, they don't try to sell you something you don't need. I always write the person's name down when switching my plan or adding services just to be sure.
