My family has always been insured with State Farm Insurance. When I moved to the Las Vegas valley, I asked my agent in Arizona to recommend an agent in Henderson. He recommended two; I chose the office of Ed Pailes on Stephanie St. The office staff was welcoming and very helpful. Even when their rates were a bit higher than other companies, they tried very hard to match those rates. I will say this, they are there when you need them day or night. Ed Pailes, agent, is very involved with each client and is very interested in customer satisfaction. I have found their rates for homeowners insurance to be the best in the city.
