I have been to this place every 2 weeks for over 3 years. I have told them repeatedly that the conditions they keep thier Hermit Crabs in is not humid nor warm enough. After 5 mos. they got the temp raised. The humidity is still way to low. I have contacted thier corperate office many times. They have contacted the manager and told him I was right and how to maintain the proper humidity. He admitted this so I am sure. Well guess what the humidity is still at 40 not 80 where it should be. I give up.
