We got our mattresses here for our bed. They scheduled us a delivery time, and ended up being 3 hours late. They didn't call to let us know they were going to be late, nor to see if we were even going to be there at the time they delivered. They were nice and friendly and the office was clean but I didn't like the fact that they were so late.
