We bought a ring for myself, and a ring for our child from here. The ring for myself wasn't the correct size, it was a little big, and they let us return it and get the correct size with NO problem at all! Probably took all of about five minutes to do so. We were very pleased with this! Made us very confident about our purchase and any future purchases.
