This is a very thorough company so I know we are in good hands. You are welcomed when you first come in. I'm very satisfied with this company and do not plan on changing agents. When we first changed over to State Farm, it was a little confusing because for each policy we took out, we had to write a seperate check for instead of getting billed at once. I have overpaid a few times because of this and received my refund very quickly. Other than that, a very reliable company.
