The folks at this location are nice people. I go in (and I see them often) and they remember me and take care of my many issues with Nextel. The store looks clean, even the bathroom is nice. The products are displayed with the prices, so there's no guessing. Unfortunately, the Nextel network and their customer service via phone is HORRIBLE! Thank goodness the folks at this location soothes my nerves.
