Check in was simple. The staff was incredibly friendly. The accomodations were simply wonderful. I rarely get a treat like this. We chose to use valet service for the car and found it to be one of best luxuries we could have invested in.
The hotel is within walking distance to many of the popular tourist attractions on 2nd Ave. It is also very close to the Ryman Auditorium.
There is a crosswalk connecting the hotel to the parking garage across the street...in the crosswalk, there is a bar and a snack cart. The snackcart sells food that is better than some of the leading casual dining restaurants. If you stay, have a bagel for breakfast. You will not regret it.
Also, I had my first room service experience here. It was absolutely wonderful. The service was top notch and the food was absolutely cooked to perfecion.
Will I stay there again? Absolutely!
