This zoo is a great way to spend time with the family. The membership pays for itself in a few visits and I love taking the kids in the fall when it's much quieter. It's great exercise, too! This is one zoo where you do not feel sorry for the animals. They live in large well-kept habitats unlike some other zoos. The entire zoo is deliberately planned to look very natural. My favorite attraction is the Arctic Ring of Life with the seals and polar bears. Be sure to stop by and visit the baby polar bear! The zoo train is a great ride and worth the couple bucks.
