One of the cheapest if not the cheapest apartments in Fair Oaks. Not the greatest of luxury living, but a decent location right next to shopping and bus lines. One draw back is the number of kids which seem to live in the parking lot. Also very limited parking.

CONS: too many kids, no visitor parking
