It's worth every penny to enjoy this top-flight restaurant. Sous Chef John Payne is remarkably gifted and knowledgeable, and food presentation is as spectacular as preparation. Our degustation menu was perfectly paired with masterful wines for a most enjoyable evening. We were so glad to have put ourselves in the competent hands of the chef, and Tommy, our insightful and attentive waiter. We see a fine restaurant in Chef Payne's future -- and we will want to know where it is!
