Ever since my days at Kent State, Mike's Place has been a favorite restaurant and hang-out of mine. The menu is fantastic, and the food's pretty good too! Where else can you get a sandwich called The Reformed Yuppie? Be sure to get a seat on the bus at least once. And don't steal the menu, they'll sell you one for about $5 if you're really interested.
Pros: fun atmosphere, good food, close to KSU campus
