We were immediately struck by the fact the Chef in this place is a Bocuse D'Or Silver Medalist. If you don't know what that means check it out. In all visits to Hunan we have the food to be extremely flavorful, even such things that one usually takes for granted such as the wonton soup, incredible flavors. The Chinese menus are loaded with tons of adventurous fare and should be tried. Great flavors. Only down side we have heard is that sometimes the Chef isn't cooking and food can be inconsistent.
