I was appalled by the way the whole communication with their management went upon application. The whole process took long, was painful because they never tell you what they wanted upfront but kept calling me and my husband at work to get more information. Beyond excellent credit and no criminal record or the ability to pay you will be asked weird questions as if they want you to run away. I decided to forget the $199 deposit and run away. That gives you an idea about how much intrusion and weirdness I suffered.
Pros: close to downtown, clean
Cons: bad communication, no privacy
