The day of my wedding was a disaster due to numerous mistakes made by Grazie. The area allotted for my cocktail reception did not accommodate my guest. Due to lack of space and extreme temperatures, my guest were spread out in the hallways of the restaurant. The bar was understaffed for the cocktail reception leaving many guests without refreshments. As the reception continued into the Grand Ballroom, the temperature increased, and guests were fanning themselves with their napkins. The lights in the Ballroom were too bright and were not dimmed at the proper times (e.g. first dance, etc.). I approached the staff numerous times to resolve these situations, which were never taken care of. It was extremely chaotic, and the guests were unsure of where they were supposed to be at certain times. To make matters worse, management was not accessible to trouble shoot for any of the aforementioned issues.
