I want to like Equinox but the staff at the front desk is usually unfriendly. The kid's club is a joke unless you have children under 2. My five year olds were bored to tears and begged me never to take them there again. The only good thing was a spinning class on Saturday but they fired the teacher because he kicked out some rude people. Today, one of staff decided he was going to vacuum around the treadmill I was using. I was the only one using a treadmill but clearly he wanted to bother me . When I stopped to drink some water the guy asked me if I was done. I asked if he could go somewhere else but he ignored me. For years, I belonged to another gym and was treated really well, needless to say I'm going back there.
