Purchased new A/C, when installed did not work. Went back to store to request exchange, was offered a smaller unit for the same price. When I asked why wasn't the cost less, I was told by the owner, ""I have to do more now"". When I said that wasn't my fault the unit did not work, he threw the receipt at me and said rip the unit out of the wall, bring it back and I will refund your money. This is customer service at its best, and by the owner no less! Cons: Hostile, Expensive, Poor Customer Service more
