I stayed here for two days in July and thought it was great. Its in a great location-walking distance to Macys, times square, centeral park, MoMa, and greenwich village. The staff are polite, helpful, and attentive. My room was large with a great view! our bathroom was large and marble, accessible through a giant frosted glass sliding door. Only two complaints-one, there was a stain on the carpet. Other than that it was spotlessly clean. The other is that I came back one day to find the a/c broken. I asked them to fix it , and when I came back that night it was back on.
