You can't beat our hometown, NYC, for great food. This stylish, friendly Phoenix tapas place would give many of our best wine bars a run for their money. We were a group of 6 women - the attitude was positive, each tapa more delicious than the last, the wines well-chosen, and the bang for the buck UNBEATABLE ($28 a head for us with 8 shared dishes and 2 drinks each). P.S., we weren't even aware that Ibiza Cafe is a gay-friendly spot (mixed & cool crowd) and while that wasn't our goal, it was definitely the icing on top for our happy group of cupcakes.
